I called to talk to the Customer Service Manager and I was transferred three times in ten minutes and then my phone died. I think been a customer of Staples since 1975 and I currently work from home on genealogy and I have purchased about 50 - 3 inch binders and all the accessories that you need - paper, ink, page protectors, staples, paper clips for over 10,000 names and with this virus I need to order on-line. I did. Well what a mistake - I got all the minor items but the item I needed the most was not delivered - the paper!! How can anyone work from home without paper. Please explain that to me.
