I am resident of this condominium for almost 12 years, and for those period I never encounter a very rude secretary. She is new in our building and of all the management office even the superintendent and even member of the board are very professional and considerate, and at least give you warning and be nice if they will tell you to something at least give you a notice and don't be rude, I truly understand that as a resident we are not allowed to park to the visitors parking outside where the tradesman parking spot is, but at least she is giving me notice or email that why I am parking there all the time, I am parking there because I am always come and goes but usually mostly I parked there during afternoon hrs. And sometimes morning where they have to do something in our parking area, She is very rude and not being fair as she ask other vehicles parked because she called me and said right away if you don't remove your vehicle there I will put ticket. My point is why its just only me she is calling in fact there's a lot of vehicle parking there too, sometimes staying overnight and she don't call them and it not fair. I don't mind telling me but at least she has to b nice not so rude.
